Welcome to The Northwood Consulting Group blog.

We have noted IT services in the Caribbean can be taken to the next level, this statement is based on recent failures to keep services to customers available. Northwood Consulting has an opportunity to work to improve services to customers. No matter what the industry, engagement with the customer should be the main driver for businesses to improve service. Too many visits to the store and expecting to use my debit card only to find the service from the bank is down. Needing cash from the local ATM machine only to find it has been out of service for some time. These frustrations are a real when expectations of moving towards a cashless society are proven to be a pipe dream. Northwood Consulting has a team of Problem Managers who will work with the service owners to investigate the incident, asking the relevant questions to get a full picture as to why the incident had happened. The Problem Managers reports back the findings to the client with a fully documented Root Cause to the incident. As well as the Root Cause, actions are put in place and managed by Northwood Consulting to ensure the incident does not happen again. Any ongoing costs to fixing reoccurring issues as well as customer and reputational costs reduced.

Northwood Consulting believes the introduction of software can help to resolve certain types of issues. We have become or look to become the reseller of software solutions as to give our clients options when implementing resolutions.
